Hurricane Update: 

Please be advised, the Casa Mar community is currently working to repair damages from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The condo calendars will be blocked until December 1^st and all reservations up to that date will be canceled. We will update the calendars as we are able to assess each property and make necessary repairs. Please email lrilacey@yahoo.com with any questions we will respond to emails as quickly as possible. We are trying to navigate through sporadic power outages, internet, and phone service. Please try to be patient as we go through this exceedingly tough time. Also, please keep phone calls to Lacey Realty/Beach to Bay to a minimum as we are working to assess the units to get them up and ready for guests as quickly as possible. We will get to everyone and try to make the best of a terrible situation. During the next few weeks, anyone wishing to reschedule, we will provide you with a Travel Voucher that will be good up until December of 2026. For anyone wishing for a refund, we are required to file individual claims per the natural disaster emergency plan and this will take at least 30 to 60 days. I am sorry that your vacation plans have been disrupted and we look forward to seeing everyone again at a much-refreshed Casa Mar. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
