Rental price is subject to taxes and fees of 20% along with the cleaning fee for the specific unit.

A discount of 10% will be given for continuous stays for 8 weeks or longer in select units.

A deposit of $500.00 per unit is required for 1 week rentals. For rentals longer than 1 week, the deposit due will be 1 full weeks rent. Deposit is required within 10 days of placing the reservation. If a deposit is not received within the 10 day period, the reservation will be considered void.

Deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled 61 days prior to arrival and is subject to a $100.00 handling fee. 

Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments can be made with a credit card, personal check or bank draft.

Guests are responsible for full payment on the entire term as stated on the confirmation.

Bookings can be made up to a year in advance. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Atleast 1 guest leasing a unit must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit. (strictly enforced) Only the number of persons stated on the confirmation will be permitted to use the accommodation.

Your confirmation guarantees the type of unit and the term of stay. Specific units are not guaranteed. Beach to Bay reserved the right to assign a comparable unit without notification.

All condos are individually owned and furnished. Beach to Bay cannot guarantee furniture and decor. 

All condos include one parking space. Additional parking is available in guest parking by front office.

All units are non-smoking. 

CONSTRUCTION: Beach to Bay does not receive any notification of construction projects, including building construction, exterior or interior renovations, and pool/landscaping installation. Work may stop and start unexpectedly on surrounding properties. Beach to Bay shall not be held responsible for providing any type of advance notification, alternative accommodations, or financial compensation to Guest should construction negatively impact their stay.
